The location of the hotel was good, in a nice quiet area near many stores, eateries, and malls. everything was simply good.

What I didn't like about the hotel was that the room they gave me, it was NOT the one they showed me on the web site when I separated the room I wanted it with a fridge and microwave and they gave me a room that did NOT have what the offer they gave me, I tried to solve the problem at the counter and they didn't solve it, I think it's wrong, since it was the first time I stayed at the hotel and for a week, traveling from Puerto Rico and they didn't charge me for the room with food service, as the picture showed, that should be fixed, otherwise it's a very good hotel, cheap, all the staff was very nice to me, if I went back to Philadelphia, I would stay in that hotel again, but in the room with food service, as it was supposed to be and NO, they changed my room, they should be more considerate in that aspect, because the customer is NOT to blame for the ads they put on the Internet on their page and then when you get to the hotel, they do not solve you. Thank you

This place has super friendly staff, especially during the 2nd shift - they really go above and beyond to help out. 🌟 Also, the location is top-notch, being so close to Philadelphia, the NJ turnpike, and even a casino. It's super convenient for getting around and exploring.
